DELETING VIDEO DIRECTLY FROM THE IPOD TOUCH
Sometimes you may need to delete video directly from your iPod Touch and not be in a position to be able to remove it via iTunes and sync your iPod.
To remove the video simply go to the screen that lists the video (press 'Video' from the home screen), then slide your finger from right to left on the video that you would like to delete. A red "Delete" button will be revealed, clicking on this will delete that video from your iPod Touch.
